1-Off Performance was established in 2009 in a small 900 sq. ft. garage. The whole operation was a one-man show, and that one man was owner and founder Jason Bongiorno.
Jason spent his childhood surrounded by cars at his fathers award-winning upholstery shop in Morrison, Colorado. He and his family eventually relocated to Steamboat in 1993.
As the years went by, Jason’s passion for working on cars and trucks only grew. His prized possession is a 1933 Model A that he and his father restored together from the ground up.
After many years working on heavy equipment, Jason finally decided to open up his own shop and has since brought his passion and experience to the people of Steamboat Springs, CO.
From it’s humble beginnings to today, 1-Off Performance has operated with the sole purpose of breathing new life into every vehicle that comes through its doors.
In 2022, 1-Off Performance further expanded it’s capabilities by merging with Doc’s Auto Clinic, one of the oldest and most reputable auto repair shops in the Yampa Valley.
